Introduction

This web site was created to provide a description of the signs and symptoms of disorders that affect children and adolescents and also current evidence-based practices for each disorder.

The UB School of Social Work in collaboration with the New York State Office of Mental Health is offering free trainings to agency providers within the 19 counties of the western region. These workshops are targeted to those who provide services to children, adolescents, and their families.

A survey conducted at the end of the 2012 training year of our trainees who responded indicated that 93% of trainees found the trainings helpful in meeting clients needs.
