Driving Directions & Suicide Prevention Trainings

The UB School of Social Work in collaboration with the New York State Office of Mental Health is offering free suicide prevention training to agency providers within the 19 counties of the Western Region who provide mental health services to adults, children and youth. Several training topics have been identified from a survey of regional providers. For 2009, the priority request was for training on veterans and suicide prevention. In September and October, three trainings on this topic will be offered in Buffalo, Corning and Rochester. Please click on the link below to view and print the registration form.
