We are searching for a colleague to join our faculty at the assistant or associate professor level. The successful candidate for this tenure track position will have an MSW and a doctorate in Social Work or a related field and will be expected to conduct research and pursue external funding in collaboration with other disciplines at the university. At the Assistant Professor level, applicants must show promise to excel in research and scholarship with some preliminary work already completed. Applicants at the Associate Professor level are expected to have funded research and a scholarly record appropriate to their rank.
Part Time Faculty Employment
We continually look for qualified adjunct faculty with at least two years post MSW practice experience who have a strong interest in teaching MSW students at the foundation and advanced levels. Project Manager for the UBSSW Reaffirmation Project
We are recruiting for a part-time (20 hrs a week) project manager to coordinate all aspects of a multi-component project on trauma-informed, human rights social work practice. The Project Manager is expected to have a Master’s degree in social work or a closely related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management. The position assumes responsibility to act independently and in a team environment with other academic professionals. The position will last for 18 months, salary is $20,000.
