New! Solution-Focused Leadership Certificate Program starts in September! This course is now full and closed to additional registrations. We are very excited to offer a new certificate program in Solution-Focused Leadership! The 2012 program runs from September 11 to November 6. There will be five afternoon sessions in Buffalo and four short online sessions. Scholarships for eligible agency staff in Erie and Niagara counties are available from The Peter and Elizabeth C.
