New! Mastering Organizational Complexity Certificate Program starts in September This course is now full and closed to additional registrations. We are very excited to offer a new certificate program in Mastering Organizational Complexity! The 2012 program runs from September 13 to November 15. There will be six late afternoon sessions in Buffalo. Scholarships for eligible agency staff in Erie and Niagara counties are available from The Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation.
