25 Graduate from the Administrative Management Certificate ProgramDetails: Twenty-five human service professionals from Western New York graduated in December from the Fall 2010 Administrative Management Certificate Program offered by the Office of Continuing Education and the Institute for Nonprofit Agencies. This was a competency based program and training topics included Human Resources, Effective Communication in Teambuilding, Inspiring Leadership, Strategic Planning and roundtable discussions on ethical applications of the content. Congratulations to everyone who completed the program!
