Managing Organizational Change Certificate Program

This certificate program offers a core of competency-based workshops designed to develop and enhance administrative skills of human service professionals.

Topics may be taken as a certificate program or as individual workshops and include:
-Managing Organizational & Culture Change
-Administrative Supervision
-Strategic Marketing & Community Relations
-Conflict Resolution
-1/2 day roundtable discussions included for certificate participants.

Scholarships for eligible agencies in Erie and Niagara counties are available.
