Lawrence Shulman receives funding from the New York State Department of EducationDetails: Dr. Lawrence Shulman has received a $91,000 grant from the New York State Department of Education for his "Extended School Day Violence Prevention Program." In collaboration with the Child and Family Services of Erie County,and the staff of the Lydia Wright School of the Buffalo School District this grant provides a variety of violence prevention strategies for at-risk youth in an after school setting.
