Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program Starts September 27th

This 8 week course is held every Tuesday from 6pm-7:30pm September 27th through November 15th. The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program is a research based program westernized by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn through his Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program which was founded in 1979. Instructors are Marcy Brimo, LCSW-R and Andy Browning, LMHC, CRC.

Program benefits include: reduced stress; improved health and overall well-being from conditions such as high blood pressure, chronic pain, GI distress, headaches, and many other conditions; improvement in anxiety, depression, fatigue and sleep; and improved self-care through prevention and wellness management.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket.

Cost: $299 early bird by 9/12/11; $339 after 9/12/11
