The Coping Cat Program: Evidence-based CBT Therapy for Anxiety in Youth Workshop

Summary: The Coping Cat program is an evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) intervention that helps youth ages 7-17 years develop skills to recognize anxious feelings and strategies to cope with anxiety-provoking situations.

This workshop will be presented by Dr. Sandra Pimentel, Associate Director at the Columbia University Clinic for Anxiety and Related Disorders.
