2011 Distinguished Alumni Award Nominations Being Accepted NOWDetails: UBSSW Distinguished Alumni Award 2011 About the Award: The Distinguished Alumni Award honors outstanding University at Buffalo School of Social Work alumni who have made noteworthy contributions to social work practice and/or research and who, by their positive attitude and drive to make a difference, have added distinction to the social work profession. This award commenced in 1977. Award recipients are honored during the UBSSW Alumni Event in the Spring. All nominees will receive a letter of recognition notifying them of the nomination. To nominate an alumnus, click on the link below and fill out the 2011 Distinguished Alumni Award form at the bottom of the page.
